Lauren was THE BEST!!! She had our house sold in four days! Her presentation of our house, both with photos and video, were beautiful. Lauren priced our house right; and we were thrilled with the sale price. From start to finish, her communication was great. She and her staff were extremely easy to work with, and they were so responsive. I don't think we could have had a better realtor, and we HIGHLY recommend Lauren!

We found Lauren by researching on TV and my husband and I decided to try her! Immediately after contacting her she responded. I told her our situation, that we lived in San Diego and were wanting to buy something in Palm Coast and told her we would be there in a month and two weeks prior I would send her the listings we wanted to see, which turned out to be 11 houses in 3 days! She carefully planned all the viewings and was so personable and accomodating it had felt like we had known her forever!Side Note: We did purchase one of those 11! Just a wonderful Realtor! We also told her that we have 3 Adult children that in the near future a probably going to be interested in buying a home in Palm Coast and we will definitely be using Lauren! If you don’t use Lauren as your Realtor, you are definitely losing out!

I highly recommend Lauren for any and all of your realty needs! She is extremely knowledgeable of the area, is always willing to jump on a task, and truly cares about each of her clients. We just closed on our home and it was such an easy process. Her team kept us informed along the way and Lauren was there every step of the way as well. She made sure that every obligation was met on the seller's end and effectively communicated with the other agent to make sure we were completely satisfied with the end result.
